0201 500x400x400mm BC Brown Surplus is a Surplus corrugated cardboard carton with internal dimensions 500 × 400 × 400 mm, in brown, made as a standard American-style case (FEFCO 0201) in BC-flute corrugated board. This is a dependable, widely used design for shipping and storage: you can erect it quickly, seal it with tape and stack it efficiently.
Surplus at RENUBOX means unused overstock: technically 100% new and never previously used for a shipment. You receive cartons of the same type and exactly the same dimensions, so there is no mix of styles. RENUBOX buys, checks and stocks these excess batches instead of letting them be destroyed, which makes this a more sustainable and better-value option than regular new cartons, and availability can be limited. The double-wall BC-flute construction is designed for higher loads and improved stacking strength, which helps when you build stable loads in your warehouse or prepare outbound consignments. As a guideline, this flute type is suitable for contents up to around 30 kg, depending on stacking height and how the weight is distributed. Typical contents that fit well include multiple smaller product boxes packed together, bundles of textiles, or a medium-sized assortment of items within 500 × 400 × 400 mm.
