Why a custom pallet box?

Standard pallet boxes fit a Euro pallet or industrial pallet, but not always your product. With a custom pallet box, you choose the length, width and height yourself. Your product stays stable in the box, you don't need unnecessary void fill, and you make optimal use of the space on the pallet and in the truck or container. That's especially valuable for export shipments, where every centimetre counts.

Different pallet box models

In the configurator, you can choose a FEFCO 0201 pallet box: the standard folding box. Below you'll find two more options for custom pallet boxes. Interested in a different model? You can always request a free quote.

FEFCO 0201

The most widely used pallet box. The top and bottom flaps meet in the middle, so the box is closed on all sides. Ideal for transport and storage.

FEFCO 0200

This box only has bottom flaps and is open at the top. Handy if you fill the box on the pallet and close it with a lid or film.

With access flap

An access flap in the side wall makes filling and unloading easier, especially with tall pallet boxes.

Triple wall

Need serious strength or protection? Then you can also choose triple wall board, such as ACA-flute. Simply request a free quote.

I've placed an order, what's next?

Once you've placed your order, we get to work for you. Our specialists create a design, which we send to you for review and approval. Once approved, the design goes into production. Please allow a delivery time of 8 to 12 working days.

What is the minimum order quantity for printed pallet boxes?

You can order printed custom pallet boxes from as few as 50 units.

What's the difference between a pallet box and a container box?

There is no difference. They're two names for the same large cardboard box that fits on a pallet.

Which pallet box sizes can I have printed?

For example, you can have pallet boxes made for a Euro pallet (120 x 80 cm) or an industrial pallet (120 x 100 cm). You choose the height yourself. Please note: in the configurator, you enter the inside dimensions in mm. To get the total outside dimensions of the box, add the wall thickness. This is important if you want the box to stay within the edges of the pallet.

Can I get a sample before ordering a large run?

Samples can be made by arrangement. As a rule, a charge applies. Interested in a sample? Get in touch with us.

Do I need to supply my own design?

You can send us your logo or design, and our specialists will turn it into a print proof. You'll receive it for review before production starts.
