Returns and fefund Policy

Article 1: Scope

a. This returns and refund policy applies to all purchases made through the RENUBOX website or by email.

b. By placing an order, the buyer agrees to the provisions set out below.



Article 2: Order Cancellation

a. The buyer has the right to cancel an order within 24 hours after it has been placed.

b. Cancellations must be submitted by phone at +31 (0)341 56 26 88 or by email to info.dozenhal@vandeveldepackaging.com

, stating the order number and reason for cancellation.

c. After this period, cancellation is only possible upon consultation and written approval by RENUBOX.



Article 3: Returns after Delivery

a. If the buyer wishes to return or exchange goods after delivery, they must contact RENUBOX within a reasonable period after receipt to initiate the return procedure.

b. Returns are only accepted after prior approval by RENUBOX.

c. Returned goods must:

 1. be unused;

 2. be undamaged;

 3. be in their original packaging.

d. Goods that do not meet these conditions may be refused.



Article 4: Transport Costs and Liability

a. Return shipping costs are generally borne by the buyer, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

b. The amount of the return shipping costs will be determined in consultation and depends on the nature and size of the return shipment.

c. The buyer has the right to arrange return transport themselves. All risks of loss or damage during return transport are borne entirely by the buyer.

d. If the return is due to an error or fault by RENUBOX, the return shipping costs will be fully covered by us.



Article 5: Refunds

a. After receipt and inspection of the returned goods, RENUBOX will refund the purchase amount excluding any transport costs, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

b. Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

c. Any damage or loss in value of the returned goods may be deducted from the refund amount.



Article 6: Exceptions

a. Custom-made or personalised goods are excluded from return and refund rights, unless there is:

 1. a demonstrable manufacturing defect; or

 2. damage incurred during transport that was reported in due time.

b. Such exceptions will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.



Final Provision

RENUBOX reserves the right to amend this policy. The most recent version will be published on the website. For ongoing orders, the version of the policy that was in force at the time of ordering will apply.
