0203 1280x180x390mm BC Brown Surplus is a Surplus corrugated cardboard carton with internal dimensions 1280 × 180 × 390 mm, in brown, made as a full-overlap slotted carton (FEFCO 0203) from BC-flute corrugated board. The fully overlapping top and bottom flaps add extra reinforcement where it matters most, which is useful for long, narrow shipments.
Surplus means unused surplus stock, technically 100% new and never previously used for a shipment. You receive cartons of the same type and exactly the same dimensions, so there is no mix of styles. RENUBOX buys these excess stocks, checks them and brings them into inventory instead of letting them be destroyed: a more sustainable, better-value option, although availability can be limited. The FEFCO 0203 full-overlap design is chosen when you want added top-and-bottom strength and better protection against point loads. The double-wall BC-flute board is suited to heavier contents, often up to around 30 kg in standard use, and helps keep the pack stable in transit and storage. These internal dimensions are a practical fit for long products such as a slim lighting unit, a rolled print in protective wrap, or narrow profiles and parts, as long as the item stays within 180 mm width and 390 mm height.
