0201 600x400x395mm BC Brown Surplus is a Surplus corrugated cardboard box with internal dimensions 600 × 400 × 395 mm, brown, made as a standard American-style shipping carton (FEFCO 0201) in BC-flute corrugated board. This box has two extra score lines at 255 mm and 305 mm height, letting you easily adjust the height to match the contents of your shipment.
Surplus means unused leftover stock that is technically 100% new and has never been used for a shipment before. You receive cartons of the same type and exactly the same dimensions, so there is no mix of different styles. Thanks to the extra score lines, you can close this box at three different heights: 255, 305 or 395 mm. This lets you choose the height that matches your product, without empty space or extra void fill. At the lowest setting there's room for products up to about 25 cm tall, at the middle setting up to about 30 cm, and at full height up to nearly 40 cm. This makes the box usable for a varying product mix per shipment, without needing to stock multiple box sizes.
